The staff was very polite, knowledgeable and courteous, especially a young man named Zack, who explained what materials are used to make the island bases and how they are built. They included bars, grills, counters, tiki roofs, ceramic grill tables, etc. My only reason for 4-star review is that these items are in the high-end price range so out of our reach.
