"Best Buy was a place I used to enjoy going to. The other day, I went here to get a replacement screen. Not only did the store feel strange, but I couldn't find anyone to assist me. Each person seemed rude and fake. Like nobody wanted to help me. I was floored. Then, while waiting for the geek squad, a random person asked if I had a question. Seeing no name tag, I asked if they work there. They said no, I'm the apple rep. I replied ok, thanks. No, I'm not an apple fan. I'm waiting for my android. They got rude, and I got my phone and got the hell out of there. I will never use this company again ever anywhere. Made me think aliens took over Best Buy and replanted AI robots in place of humans. Everything was fake feeling, rude people, no real stock worth buying. Just all around had the same feeling when Curcuit City was failing years ago. I'm done with Best Buy. So should you. Horrible experience."

"It’s sad how far downhill this store has gone. It used to be a great place to shop for electronics, especially the camera section. Ever since their “remodel”, there are no longer any employees to help, the store is in disarray, and their displays either don’t work or the items are missing. The camera section has turned into a shell of its former self with non-functioning display items. I went in today to buy a lens. It was in stock and I could see it in the glass case. Unfortunately there was no one around to come unlock it. So I stood there and looked at the item I wanted but had no way to purchase it. I guess I will not be wasting my time going to this store any longer without doing store pickup to minimize my time and interactions at this business."

"I have worked in retail for over 20 years and I have been a Best Buy employee back in the 2000’s and it makes me cringe when I receive poor customer service or better yet no service at all. I was in a store looking for a new TV in your specialized area idk if they call it Magnolia area anymore but either way I went on looking for 6 minutes while this man in the image watched college football and took puffs of his vape. I did not get not even one single acknowledgement what so ever even though we locked eyes a few times. When has it even been acceptable to vape in your store as an employee. Please speak to this man about his lack of service, he may need to get promoted to customer."
