Nail Magic

"If I wasn't forced to choose a star I wouldn't give them one. I've been going here for a year ONLY because it's walkable and there's never a wait. You'll understand why there is never a wait in just about 1 minute. I sent my best friend here and gave her my credit card to gift her a pedicure. Prior to her arrival I called and identified myself to them and told them I was sending my friend over with my credit card and to take care of her. When she returned with my credit card and the receipt the receipt was for $65. I didn’t say anything because I thought she did something extra or tipped heavy. Later we had a conversation about her experience and she told me she thought they were overpriced. As I dug further into the details I realized they gave her the exact pedicure as I’ve been getting over the past year. The $65 was the price before tip. She tipped them cash. There's only two differences. Her pedi was $65 & mine was $45. She is African American and I am white. IMO they are prejudice and overcharge people of color. My friend and I both had a separate conversation with them and there was no apology or any concessions to redeem themselves for their highway robbery. Tina's response was "I don't care, I've been in business for 30 years." DONT DO IT!!!"

Seeking a gel nails and toe nails soak-off, I was taken aback when the cost totaled $40. The lady, regrettably, refrained from disclosing the price before swiftly charging my card, and no prices or menu were discernible within the establishment. The website proved unhelpful, adding to the frustration. Typically, I've never paid more than $10-$12 for each nail soak-off, but here, they opted for a drill instead of the traditional soak, a method notably harsher on the nails. While the lady was amiable, the exorbitant prices seem unwarranted, particularly given the lack of updates in the establishment's ambiance. A perplexing $40 for a nail soak-off begs the question of justification."

"This is just a scam I done my nails 2 weeks ago and the glue didn’t stand. There prices are note explicite and they overcharge. 160$ paid and the manager stop the conversation. Target nail quality and Karens restaurant costumer service. Better book your instagram nail tech affordable and polite. This store has to have 0 start. Lol need to go be a glue at the cvs"

"This place is the biggest rip off. My husband and I went for a pedicure ( they knew he had a day pass from the hospital) and they did not have pricing anywhere. They are the biggest rip off. Walmart Regal nails is 10 x better. This place should be shut down. Shady as hell!!. Toe nails look like a 3rd grader did them."
