"I visited the mattress store at 1155 Mount Vernon Hwy Suite 490, Atlanta, GA 30338 expecting helpful information about their products, but all I got was a relentless sales pitch. The Keith (Manager)seemed more interested in pushing sales than providing details about the mattresses and adjustable base for my bed. The lack of information from Mattress Firm has been incredibly frustrating. Without sufficient details about their products, customers like myself are left in the dark, unable to make informed decisions. This frustration is a direct result of their failure to prioritize transparency and assistance over a mere focus on making sales. The Sold me mattress with adjustable base that doesn't fit. Never gave information that the bed has to be on certain height for a fit with the adjustable base with the mattress. Disappointing experience overall"

"You know how you just have so many questions and you’re like calling and needing things and thinking of things while talking about other things? The issue is — torn between not taking up too much of anyone’s time and trying to get it all answered with out them being annoyed. Well SM Keith W was AMAZING TO ME ! Two days in a row !
