"I bought a Lovesac, investing over $10,000, but faced issues with the surround sound. After three weeks, the speaker started making static noises and eventually stopped working. Tried troubleshooting but was unsuccessful. When I called the store, the assistance provided wasn't sufficient. I'm seeking help to have someone come out and set it up properly. They really need employees or contractors available to set up the Lovesac for the cost of the product."

I was able to try the different fillings and in the end I love my Lovesac. The staff at the store were helpful and pleasant to work with. Having the couch building blocks helped me to see my set up.
