"Easy to get the rental but they harass and threaten to pick up the equipment if you’re late on the smallest payment and won’t work with you. As soon as I am to purchase on right out that’s what I’ll be doing."

"JD (James Dean) is extremely rude! He will harass you and loves to speak down to customers. JD made it his business to contact me from his PERSONAL phone to continue the harrassment. Oh don't ever fall late, I was told, "return MY stuff...I don't care what you have going on.... I'm having someone to get your items in 20 minuets". I only asked for an extension due to bank fraud while I waited for my new card. He has sent workers to send pictures of my private property and possessions to show proof i didnt have an item that i was certain i never received.I plan to seek legal actions due to this."

"This is my first review I’ve ever written but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. I called to make my final payment on something I was paying off and the employee who answered the phone was nice and tried to help but couldn’t so I asked to be transferred to the manager. He told me there’s nothing he can do to take a payment over the phone and I’d have to come in to kennesaw (I live in jasper) to make the payment in person. I told him I’d payed things off previously over the phone and he said that’s not how this works and you have to come in. When I told him I felt this was poor customer service he said “it’s not about customer service we can’t take the payment over the phone. Are you having an emergency that prevents you from coming here?” I told him the emergency is that I can’t be there before 6 pm as I am out of town. He said “too bad.” Side note- I called the store In norcross and they took the payment over the phone with no problem. Management sucks at bells ferry. I wouldn’t use this store."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS RENTACENTER!!!! Awful experience. Missed a payment and couldn’t get back in my account to pay. Come to find out a worker had made a separate email under my name and locked me out of my own account with it and was holding my account hostage. Said he wouldn’t let me back in until I came into the store and paid in full in cash. Called corporate and was told it was completely against policy to do that and also illegal. DONT COME TO THIS RENTACENTER"

"First off they people I seen so far are nice I don't like the fact that I was told after after got there a camera had no charge that I had to go buy one an look for because it was common an everyone sold out. An my drive was about hour so I do believe that unprofessional I get they look for it but once they couldn't find I should have got a call the man did apologize but it not good business"
