"I’ve been coming to this Home Depot for years and have always had a good experience, but my visit today was beyond exceptional! Jake “the snake” and Lewis in the tool rental section were so helpful, very knowledgeable, and helped me with my home project beyond expectations. Being my first home project they helped me find what I needed and made sure I was prepared for my project. The customer service alone will be the sole reason I always choose the Home Depot."

"12/27/23 Garden area attendant was very helpful but today we were waiting for someone to come bring us two bales of wheat straw and we kept getting phones hung up on us and we waited for 20 minutes. Finally got help from a nice young man that kept apologizing. It wasn't his fault. This is unacceptable home Depot!! Still cannot believe you were hanging phones up on us. Even when you did respond sarcastically you hung up on my husband! Guess it's time to shop at Lowe's."

"Very unhappy with return experience. Purchased items not even a month ago. Home Depot sent a new credit card and said to stop using the old card. I tried to return the items using the new credit card and they could not find my purchase. They said it was not linked to my new card. They instead dinged my license and gave me store credit that I cannot use for special order items online that I need. Contacted customer service and they said there is nothing they could do but could get me to a supervisor in two hours. 4 days later, the supervisor calls and says there is nothing they can do other than submitting a complaint. When I asked if complaints even do anything, he said they don’t. Horrible experience. Don’t waste your time calling customer service because your complaint will end up going nowhere."

"Great Home Depot. It’s very clean and has extremely helpful staff. The store is always stocked and has a very wide selection of products. Probably my favorite Home Depot to go to in the Metro Atlanta area."

"Neither me or my family has had one bad experience here. I like the Home Depot. But when it comes to them it’s a cross between Lowe’s or home depot just depends on what they got if they got it I guess."
