"I came shopping here on 06/10/23 and the black elder lady that was working at the self checkout was so rude and assumed that we left a balance of $5.88 at a self checkout machine when in fact we checked out at a different one. She didn’t even ask which machine we checked out at and just asked to see the receipt without telling us what about as going on. I told her “sorry you missed the person that was at the machine who left the balance of $5.88 but we did not check out there.” I snatched the receipt from her and she said “you don’t have to be rude” I said “you don’t have to assume either”."
