"So this is my favorite Kroger to shop at. Until today. Some young heavy set lady with purple hair standing up front while another lady handles all the self check out by herself on super bowl Sunday. The lady working was hustling her tail off. I politely walked up to purple hair lady and said hey we have several customers over here needing assistance. So miss purple hair goes all the way out of her way to look and say ohh she's got you she's on 4 now!! Lol I knew where she was!!! I was insinuating that you give her a hand since you're standing around doing jack diddly not. Fire her. You know Exactly witch employee I'm talking about. I'm sure that you have had many more complaints with this one."

"First time at this Kroger. Cleanest most organized grocery store I've ever been in. I asked the cashier if it was always like this and she said they all take pride in keeping tbeir area clean- it definitely shows. It's a little out of my way but I will take the time to sometimes visit this store because they deserve the business."

"Kroger has finally succeeded in losing my business. While this particular Kroger is generally dingy with wobbly carts, it is the closest to my home. So when I don't feel like driving five more miles, it's where we go. I stopped by for a quick grab of a few items, went to self-checkout, scanned my items, and scanned my card to pay. The system alerted due to a weight issue, I assume. Without ever a word of greeting or explanation, the cashier supervising the self-checkout came over, scanned her card, looked me up and down, and proceeded to review video of me scanning items from beginning to end. She then looked at me again, hit a button to allow the transaction to continue, and walked away. I've never been so blatantly accused of shoplifting in my life. (I actually have never been accused!) It was downright rude. I mean, I get it, if there is a weight issue on the scale with my whopping 7 items, this might now automatically trigger a video review as company policy to prevent theft. Had this been explained, or for that matter had there even been a simple hello for a greeting, I wouldn't have an issue. I would even think a video review in front of you scanning your items that showed you weren't stealing might even, just perhaps, involve a mild, customer service apology. But the blank rudeness and lack of any communication seals it for me. Final straw. After 25 plus years as an adult weekly customer spending between 15k and 20k a year for my family, you finally convinced me. I'm done Kroger-ing."

"This Kroger store has been mismanaged with absolutely zero customer service skills exhibited by their employees. Once you’re able to find an employee who can assist, they have no ability to exercise customer service soft skills. Food prices are up yet service has spiraled to its lowest. There are so many issues with this particular store I won’t be able to state them all here in a review. Corporate needs to start by terminating all management effective immediately."
