"I’ve had dip powder and manicure in the past at a different nail salon. My cuticles didn’t get cut with the cuticle cut tool as you would have done during a manicure nor were my hands put in the plastic gloves with lotion prior to my nails being done. The dip powder process here was done completely different and the nail tech was in a hurry. Even though, I was new and I called ahead of time to be seen. She used the same drill and attachments that another tech used on someone else. My cuticle on my left ring finger was cut by the attachment. Long story short, I paid $40 (included tip) and my nails look bulky and not professional. I even sent my friend who is a nail tech in Gainesville a pic and video of my nails and even she said this place did a half job and that I should’ve been treated better rather than them rushing through. They didn’t use the proper materials that come in the dip powder kit. They used half of what they use and half what comes in the kit. My nails feel weird like I have fake nails on and they shouldn’t. Also, it feels like the sides of the nail material is starting to come off."
