"Woooow I’ve never been subject to such insanity! I’ve called this place to ask them for their prices for a simple mani pedi and the rude lady told me that they I would have to come to find out. I’ve politely explain that I need to know the price to know if it’s convenient for me- and she “hang up” on me!! Unbelievable."

"Had a horrible experience. The nail tech who did my pedi was extremely pushy with me. The nail tech who removed my sns polish drilled so hard almost through the nail completely. I kept telling her she was hurting me and she kept getting more and more frustrated by my complaints instead of adjusting her technique. My nails are now damaged. It took an hour and a half and I paid $43 for a basic pedicure and to remove the sns polish. The place was filthy and the tools were taken out of a box not a sanitary wrap. I saw old cuticle residue on one of them. See added photo where there’s almost a hole through my nail."

"Went in for a pedicure and full set the customer service was great & I love my pedicure however the full set was a different situation. My nails looked extremely bulky! the middle nail was shorter then the other and the gel polish application was terrible. After going back and fourth with Judy explaining to her how I was unhappy she decided to take them off holding my fingers extremely tight because she was upset. Of course after she was done taking them off she explained I wouldn’t be able to come back because she did a “good job”. I wasn’t going back anyway. Be sure to specify if you want a Regular pedicure or not because I was under the impression that I was getting the regular pedicure which is $22.00 but the lady did a scrub and hot rock on her own accord so it made the pedicure $25.00 which was fine to me but she was being sneaky. I just paid for the pedicure and got out of there!"

"Gracious, helpful, responsive. Prepare to be listened to and cared for. "We've got you" comes to mind. I prefer NATURAL in treatment and colors with a minimum of touching Mission accomplished, I'll be returning. PS.Salon is easy to access with plenty of parking spaces. Appointments are ideal, but walk-ins will be accommodated asap."
