"Do not go. - I have been here several times out of convenience and their techs are just very bad. I’m rarely happy with the quality of my nails and keep thinking it will be better. the customer service is also bad. They get an attitude with you because THEIR work is bad. I got a fill with French tips and the acrylic is lumpy and the polish started chipping in two days. I have to go get them done again somewhere else."
"I went on Saturday January 6, 2024 I’m writing this review on January 8, 2024. ….Horrible experience. I did NOT get what I asked for. The guy kept apologizing but it was a little too late for that. Also as u can see I was charged for a full set but I did not get a full set. Those are my nails without a tip just an overlay and regular nail polish. My nails look like I got them done a week ago versus 2 days ago. This place is overpriced for such horrible service. Im not even gonna talk about my feet. This place will never get my service again and I’ll be sure to let anyone I know not to go"
"I feel I got what I paid for. $20 for a polish manicure and it was decent. The massage and prep was great but he didn’t wait for the polish to dry at all between layers so they took FOREVER to fully dry. I did mess one nail up while waiting and they were kind to fix it right away. Not sure I would go back. Did enjoy the complimentary water and tons of parking."
"This place is a rip off and the quality is HORRIBLE. I called to request an appointment which was confirmed and when I got there, no nail techs were available so the lady working the front desk did my manicure. I am not sure if this is the usual, but I received the worst manicure I have ever gotten in my life (pictures attached to prove). I spent $50 on a poor manicure that was so bad I had to go to another nail salon the very next day and get a completely fresh manicure (and spend more money). I would appreciate it if they were honest about scheduling and put me with a regular nail tech OR train the entire team to serve with better quality."
"*** DO NOT COME HERE *** WRITES FAKE REVIEWS TO BOOST RATING!! Messed up my natural nail after wanting acrylics to be removed. Blamed it on when I got the nails done. Did NOT offer refund. A young girl with long eyelashes did it, kept trying to pop them off with a fake nail when I was in pain!!! *** UPDATE *** This shop does not deserve to stay in business. They are constantly having fake reviews posted instead of actually having good service. You all are evil."
