"Store hours say they open at 10:00 a.m., and at 11:05 a.m., the door was locked and no employees were inside. There were 2 other people trying to shop as well and couldn't since they were not open."

"Sally Beauty is a great store to pick up anything beauty related; hair, nails, skin, you name it. Shelby at this location is the absolute greatest! I came in not really knowing what I needed but knowing I wanted to put more life in my dull hair. While looking at hair color Shelby came up to make sure I was doing okay and as I let on to her why I was in and started asking her some questions, she answered all my questions and happily gave me an even better suggestion of product over coloring my hair! Went home to try it out and Shelby could not have been more on the money! Thank you so much Shelby, my hair looks awesome."

"Horrible Customer Service!! I bought product from them back in March, the beginning of Covid. I bought too much and came back the next day to return. They informed they had changed the policy and that they weren't accepting returns then. However the manager assured me to hang on to the receipt and product because they would eventually begin accepting returns again. I check back a few weeks later, STILL not accepting returns. Then the store closed for a period of time in April, and honestly The return fell to the back of my mind. I went in today to finally process the return, they informed me that I waited too long and that they could only give me in-store credit.. Annoying. It just goes to show that you cant trust word of mouth even from a manager. Both employees were rude and the one kept calling me honey. Which as a 30 year old woman not from the south is the most annoying thing ever.."

"Horrible experience at this location. Had a return and the white young girl was not friendly nor did she display good customer service and her manager "MiMi' the big black lady was very rude and unprofessional she doesn't need to ve a manager there at all. This was the worse experience ever. I will never shop at this store. They need a whole new set of great employees"
