"3/5/23 at 430pm my friend’s doctor escribed a med for my friend and my friend wanted me to pick it up. I went there at 445pm and was told it would take 15 min. I asked Victoria a question about a medication and she wanted me to ask Jay Patel. Then I asked Victoria (pharm tech) where is the dog bowl as Jay Patel was taking a long time. For my next question, Jay Patel, RPh wanted to answer it. Then I asked another question regarding another medication and he got frustrated and said to wait. At some point, I told them it would take me 2 minutes to get that one prescription filled when I was working as a CVS pharmacist. Victoria immediately said that I can help out but I explained I am not licensed in Florida as a pharmacist. She then said that I can leave invoking that I should be kicked out. I then told them that when I was working as a pharmacist, I could fill a simple prescription in 2 minutes. Then I asked if the security cameras regarding sound and Jay Patel, pharmacist manager called the store manager, Brandon. I explained the situation. My issue is that Victoria has not good customer service manners and is not professional. Jay Patel took a long time to fill a simple prescription and he made a mistake on the prescription. The only competent person was Brandon on 3/5/23. IMPROVEMENTS: Other chain pharmacies would fire the older pharmacist who were slow, incompetent pharmacist like Jay Patel and hire the younger ones as they are quicker. Mr. Jay Patel took a long time almost 30 minutes and made a mistake on my friend’s prescription. For Ms. Victoria, pharmacy technician, she should be reprimanded for “kicking me” out of CVS. I will follow up with the district manager and awaiting their response."

For that I moved across town from my CVS, but the drive is worth it when you know you will get health care instead of health not."
