"Bait and switch practices. BOGO 50% off deal was rigged. They have more Nike's than anything else and their prices are lower, but they force those to be the first pair in the BOGO, meaning anything else must be lower. Even if I want to pay more money to get another one full price and reduce these they will not do it. This is strictly designed for you to either just buy cheaper shoes for a small discount or to have you give in and pay full price. Unethical sales practice by rack room."

"Lots to choose from. I'm not happy with the employees there. I went to this location between 6 pm and 7 pm. The cashier (Richard) was not very personable. He didn't welcome us, nor did he speak until it was time to give a price. I looked at his shirt for a name, but he was not wearing one. So I asked his name. At that point, he proceeded to give me his name and mentioned that he forgot to replace his name tag after lunch. (There were 2 employees in the store at that time; neither wore name tags)"
