"Early Monday morning, I ran into the store in Snellville because my pants did not match my outfit. I packed for 3 different work trips at the same time- this was the 3rd leg of the trip. Chaienne was amazing, she helped me find what I needed, & clipped the tags off —as I was running out the door. (Y’all know where the tags are.) She was professional and just awesome."

"I usually shop at Chico’s and buy a lot of things. I went there today and the white lady that was the shop attendant couldn’t get off my neck. I picked up 6 things to try on and none of them fit. She kept asking me outside the dressing room if I’m good. She asked this like 8 times! That shop was empty. I now finally left and she immediately entered asking for numerous shop items that I had tried on. She kept asking for it frantically as if I was stealing it when I had two of them in my left hand. Uncomfortable experience. Never going back to this location!"

"I shopped Chico's for the very first time a few weeks ago. I am NOT impressed! They want almost all of your information just to buy something from their store. Please people...I'm here to shop not to be harassed over my email address not being in the system. I bought over $300.00 in clothing. I found a cute pair of shorts that I thought one of my family members would like however they did not fit her. The next day I went back to Chico's to return the shorts. Upon my arrival I was greeting by a male associate and told him the issue. I had the receipt from the day before and the tags were still on the shorts. Holy Cow....you would have thought I had asked for the world....here we go again with the email which I refused to give to him...they he wanted my phone number which is unlisted and I refused to give to him...then he wanted my driver's license....REALLY? I politely explained the return policies of some of my favorite stores...Macys, Neiman's, Saks and Cache (rarely that I return anything to these stores but if I need to it is NEVER a problem!) and he simple told me to go back and shop at those stores.....well thank you very much Chico's for hiring unprofessional staff who excel in poor customer service. I am happy to oblige and I will continue to shop my favorite stores and will NEVER step foot in another Chico's!"
