"I came in to return a few items and the moment I got up to the cashier, she looked at me a certain way, and I know it’s because of the way I was dressed as I just came out of the gym with sweat. I didn’t dress The nest as a girl and the moment they started scanning the first item she told me that that was the wrong item with the wrong tag, and that I am doing this on purpose. I told him that I didn’t remove any tax, and that I would am returning it the way it is, and even the manager refused to believe me and told me that he can’t take the item even with the receipt. I was only able to return it because I took pictures of the stuff I bought before I bought it in the store with the tag shown on it I know that they judge me before I even walked up there because of the way I dress and look, and the fact that I told him that the mistake could’ve been theirs and them denying it so strongly and accusing me of a crime that I never did I told him that they could look at the cameras, but they refused. I work in customer service, so I know how it works and how it can be hard, but this is just a disgrace and I hope that nobody has experience this again"

"While shopping here is ok, the bathrooms are ALWAYS FILTHY! Surely the manager is aware of this because this is probably the same bathroom that they use. This makes no sense. No one wants to use a nasty bathroom. Therefore I would rather shop some place that cares about their customers."

"Absolutely Disgusting the cleanliness of this store is horrible and unsanitary all the management and coordinators is up on the registers who is ensuring the store is clean safe and satisfactory for the customers ? This is so bad and unprofessional I literally had to hold my breathe it smelled so bad when walking past the bathrooms. Cooperate needs to step in about this immediately with COVID and all these variants going around at an all time high keeping the stores sanitary should be a core value and high priority for the managers and employees!!!!!"

"I came here the week before Thanksgiving. The isles are jammed packed with merch. Probably for the holidays. But they did a great job managing the layout. I do think if I had come here on a weekend I would be overwhelmed by trying to navigate it during a crowd. I came here Friday morning around 11am. It was fairly empty. Overall I found a few things in the clearance aisle. Even tho it was empty the line took forever- but that's typical for Marshalls they have the slowest lines. So I knew what to expect, slow registers weren't a surprise."

"One of the worst locations I have ever encountered with this store. The quality of customer service, cleanliness, and just overall what je comes to expect from Marshalls left a lot to be desired with this location."
