"I was accused of stealing even though I had my receipt with the my purchased items on it. Their cashier left a censor and hanger on my item and i came back to get it removed, and the shift lead/manager lady was acting like my receipt wasn't the receipt for my purchase? I have an employee discount and if she read the receipt properly, she would have seen it said "Associate Name:..... Discount %" on the items instead she kept accusing me of not giving the right receipt even after the cashier admitted to leaving the censor and hanger on my shirt, which is an honest mistake ! I repeatedly told them I gave them the receipt for my purchase and the lady kept saying it wasn't. It was like she thought I walked out with the shirt without paying and came back? Not a great experience and felt very disrespected."

"The store is very good. Good deals , but the customer service is so bad. I spent more than 15 minutes waiting for a lady who was talking with a customer and the line was increasing. But tue lady did not care about it. Kindly I asked to the if she could attend the clients more faster, but still she did not care."
