"I purchased a pair of Iron Rangers online and the right boot was too tight. I brought them in to this location to get fitted and make sure I purchased the correct size. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. They got me fitted right away and confirmed I had ordered the best size for me. They were able to put the right boot in their stretcher and now it fits perfectly! Many thanks to the staff at this location for helping me out. I would definitely recommend this location"

"i stopped by here a few months back, each time i’ve been here the inventory has been low, also they don’t honor the warranty here. i had a pair of 4215s that were well within their warranty year that had fallen apart within 4 months. Go to the roswell redwing instead they actually take care of redwing customers. i’ve been a red wing customer for over 8 years, the people at the roswell location know what they’re doing."
