"I came to this shop because of the reviews, but I'm convinced they can't be real reviews or I was sold something very different. I purchased 3 bundles for almost $300, and by far, it was the worst hair that I've ever gotten installed. It was stiff, and it matted the first day. I had it professional installed, and the stylist couldn't believe how cheap the hair was. I started looking online, and this same hair is sold on eBay for $20. I didn't even use it all . I don't even want it. It's trash. I took it down within 5 days . I should have taken pictures of the matted mess it was I had to cut out"

Great customer service is first, regardless of how great the hair quality is and I can say that Virgin Plus Hair Boutique has it covered on all fronts. I'm a cosmetologist from Pa, I was visiting Ga and rode past the sign that read “$40 bundles” so I had to pop my head in and see what was going on. I met Mike, we talked about the hair, which is 10A (the highest quality). He is very knowledgeable and very personable. I left with 4 bundles just to see how my clients would respond and they LOVED the hair. I ordered more with Mike and that experience was great, as well. He was responsive and communicated what was going on, all the way up unto the time that I received the package. Needless to say, I am sold! I reccommend! "I have always had passed by this hair boutique and in need of some hair I stop. Not really knowing what I was looking I was able to show a pic to Mr Mike of what I really wanted and he showed me everything he had. Now I was amazed because this was my first time buying hair myself but his customer service was excellent. I had thousand of questions for him and he has a thousand of answers for me...he was very patient and I really appreciate that...fast forward so I purchased my hair had it installed and if I do say so myself this hair is more than what I expected.
