"I noticed the not so kind reviews and respect those. My experience has been lovely and exactly what I need. Love the hours, I have come multiple times right after work and they were thorough but had me in and out in about an hour. I have short layered hair so they were honest not their speciality but it was bouncing and behaving and everytime she let me critique and change it up. I've had services from both Jossie and the other young lady there. Always kind. They get the job done."
"Prior to going to the salon I read a couple of reviews, but I patronized the service anyway because I wanted to have my own experience. I paid $60 and I absolutely REGRET IT. The service was NOT WORTH any penny. No hair conditioner, no rollers, just a wash and a leave conditioner. I did rather drive 47 minutes to my old stylist than to drive 11 minutes to a WORTHLESS SERVICE."
