"If someone were to ask me to rate my overall experience at this place of business, it would simply be a -100. Can you spell “nightmare?” I booked an appointment with Jackie at 8:30 A.M. She arrived 30 to 45 mins after the scheduled appointment time. After her arrival she still DID NOT begin on my hair for another 2 hrs. And once she finally began, she proceeded to gossip, read my phone notifications, and incoming texts while doing my hair. She even went on to question whom I was texting and if it was about her. There was hair dye left on the side of my face, my braid down was SO tight that I received a headache afterwards and unfortunately my edges came out as a result. I was HIGHLY unsatisfied with the services of which I had received. I asked for a refund, or at least partial, she then became argumentative, RUDE, and refused to give me a refund. Saying things like “you know how I rock.” I don’t, miss ma’am. Unfortunately, all of this took place on the day of my birthday, and jackie was well aware of that! 0/10, I would NOT recommend. Never again will I book her."
