"Booked hair consultation 1week in advance based on past reviews I called 2 days prior to my appt to confirm I was advised that she needed to change the time of my consult for a morning appt she had a client in her hair at the time we spoke so she said she will call me back with the new time I never got a call back I attempted to call her back the morning of the appointment to see if she was available I never got a response. The day after the scheduled appt I texted her and left her a voicemail requesting a refund I’m still waiting. Can’t speak about the the other services but the customer service is horrible especially if you are collecting in advance and not delivering."
