A Nails Spa

"I can’t believe i have to even make this post but i feel like if i was not charged so much i would probably let it just slide. I brought myself and my daughters in Tuesday 12/26 to get gel mani and pedis and i received the same. My toe was sore so i decided to go back on Wednesday 12/27 and jasmine fixed everything for me. I love Jasmine and she’s been doing my nails for years. That’s not the problem the problem is this so called “gel” polish is not staying. My daughter’s polish is lifting up and coming off in big pieces, that should not be happening and it’s hardly been two days. Now here we are getting ready to go out of town with messed up nails. This is unfair and i spent almost 300 bucks on 3 pedis and nails someone needs to reach out to me about this."

"Nope. Just nope. I came in on a Sunday afternoon for an acrylic overlay on my natural nails. I was trying to explain to the technician that I didn’t want a lot of drilling on my natural nail bed and that I didn’t want tips. He abruptly says to me “I’m a professional and I know what I’m doing. I wouldn’t be in business if I was going to damage your nails.” I got up and left. I’ve worked very hard to improve my nails after damage from “professionals” over the years and listening to your customers concerns will go far. If you want to gain new clients, you need to really listen to what they want. I can see why this place was completely empty on a Sunday. I used to get my nails done here, but I can tell it’s changed ownership. No thanks."

"They did very well! I got my toes done for the barbie movie. I came in with my left (big) toe messed up (it got kicked off) and the guy did really well making them look as even as possible. The nail salon was very clean and pretty, the wait time was pretty average, only a couple of minutes. The guy that did my pedi was Richard I’m pretty sure, he was a very nice and detail oriented."

"My daughter and I go here frequently. Their acrylic nails and art designs are nice. And I took my hubby for his birthday to get a pedicure. He loved the massage chairs. They do a nice gentle massage on the feet and legs."
