"Last Monday (8/7) I came here and ask for an eyebrow wax and gel overlay. The first guy I encountered asked me what I meant and before I could respond went to my sister who stated she wanted a full set and left me sitting there while he did her nails. Apparently he tells Jenny. She comes out 5 minutes later or and brings me back for my eyebrow waxing as she is getting prepared she asks what I want for my nails I state AGAIN I want gel overlay she say okay. Before she does my eyebrows she states she has to “fix” them because they have no shape (I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed for years and never had an issue I let her go on) she then questions me about when the last time I got them waxed because of the way the hair was growing (a bit wild but okay). Get ready to do my nails and Jenny complains that my nails are short . I tell her it’s fine I don’t care then the complains that my nails are uneven and I state again it’s fine I don’t care. She questions me as to why I don’t want tips on my nails and that it won’t be like my sister who is getting a full set so I oblige because I’m tired of her baggering me and I’m trying to get in and out. She ends doing a full set anyways and then kept asking if I liked them. Won’t ever be back here."

"It's was truly an amazing experience. The younger of the guys did my pedicure and He was phenomenal! I did the P5 package and it was very refreshing and devine. It included an infused neck pillow, parifin, hot stone leg/ foot message and some more heavenly inclusions. I felt rejuvenated and blissfully pampered afterwards."

"I'm 55 yrs. Old and this is literally the worst pedicure I've gotten in my entire life. The girl that did it , I could see was frustrated from the beggining as I walked to where I was asked to sit. (She was on phone) It was done in such a hurry she didn't even clean around my cuticle area and I asked for an acrylic on my big toe and she left it too high and didn't even color the sides or set it to cover my whole nail bed. When I asked her to shorten it, she gave a big sigh of frustration. The polish looks like a 5 yr. Old did it. Take a close look at my photos, do my feet look like they were done by a professional? They also didn't want to refund or fix it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place."

"Terrible customer service and nail experience. I usually come here for my eyebrows and decided to get my nails done today and it was a bad experience. I was the first one there and two and a half hours later I left unhappy. I initially asked for an acrylic overlay with a design and showed them a picture and was told it could be done. Right before the polish could be applied I was told otherwise. I changed the design to something easier and they were unable to execute it. I expressed multiple times that I was unhappy and they told me that they couldn’t replicate a design but this isn’t even close. They did not attempt to rectify the issues I had with my nails. The customer service is horrible and I would not recommend going here for nails. From my experience, they don’t care about your experience or the final result."

"Worse nail job ever. They are usually really good here, but today was by far my worst experience! I should have gotten up when I first sat down. The person that did my nails I think had a language barrier and NO one came to help him understand my repeated questions and complaints, until I was heard asking what shape I told you I wanted. If you go to this salon just be picky of who you allow to do your nails. They gave me a discount when I pointed out he almost completely filed off all the tips of every nail."
