"Great clips seems to have gone down hill. The few staff that remains seem unhappy and always try to get customers in and out as fast as possible resulting in a feeling of "being rushed" and mistakes in hair cuts being made. My personal experience seemed to be a lack of attention to detail for things I didn't notice until I got home and happend to look in a mirror. This after having corrected the stylist about my haircut already."
