"I have had the same barber for about 38 yrs and he recently retired leaving me to find other means for a new door. Today was my 50th birthday and I was in serious need of a cut. As we were walking into Walmart, I noticed the salon right away. I told my wife to go forth and shop and be merry, I was getting a haircut for my B-day! I walked and Nikayle immediately asked if I needed a cut and I said yes, explained my situation, and also mentioned having some trust issues. She put me right at ease with a delightful conversation that lasted the entire cut. I could tell just by the way she talked and carried herself and talked about her goals in life, that there left no doubt in my mind that she would achieve any and everything she put her mind and to do in life. Such a wonderful 45 min I spent with a complete stranger today. We, as humans are much too consumed with ourselves these days and Social Media and there is a lack of human connection. What a breath of fresh are today and what a remarkable young lady you have working for your company and should consider yourselves blessed to have her! Thank you, Marlon Wilderman"

"Made an appointment a week in advance Salon scheduled me for Saturday at 10am. Showed up 10 minutes early and salon Never opened. I waited for over an hour. Stylist never called and apologized Or rescheduled appt not to mention I live 45 minutes away and had Plans that day that were all cancelled due to this salon and stylist. If I could give no stars I would. Very unprofessional I would not ever make an appt or go here . They obviously don’t know what customer service is or want to make money or make it right . Just awful"
