"Shouldn't I waited online? We ordered 2 hot coffees, large one bagel toasted with butter, 1 cinnamon donut and 1 blueberry muffin. As my son was eating the bagel, he found something that looked like a maggot. Or some kind of a seed yet a quarter of the bagel. He brought it back in to tell him and show them. They refused to give him another bagel. I had a going and argue with them for half an hour. Until finally they gave in and gave us a bagel. Don't ever go back there. I won't eat there. It was disgus thing. They were very unfriendly not to mention I do give them a tip every time I go there. And never had a problem before. But these 2 girls were just stubborn and just refused to replace something disgusting. Could be cautious if you eat there. Not happy"

"The employees are hateful, especially the Latino with the horrible mustache. You order hot coffee and most of the time they give you cold coffee. If you're not careful you'll get your clothes dirty because your lids always close poorly. The employees have the audacity to look bad, when you say they placed the order wrong."

"Depending on what you order here food wise this place is a hit or miss. I never get the wake up wraps anymore because most of the time they are not prepared and/or cooked correctly. I do love their croissant breakfast sandwiches. I have never had an issue and it always taste good. Also, I really wish they would come back out with the steak egg and cheese bagel. I used to come here all the time for one."

"Good coffee and nice staff. The donuts were on point. We went in the later part of the day and I figured the donuts would have that “I’ve sat out all day” kinda stale taste but to my surprise they were super fresh like they just came off the donut line. The Boston cream ones were the best. I’d say give it a go if you want a good donut."

"This is the worst DD I have ever been to. Ordered bacon wake up wrap and received it burnt. Ordered a signature caramel iced drink coffee and was informed I should have asked for ‘signature caramel craze’ instead. Really!!! This is not my first time ordering this drink. This location seems to want you to order a certain way. I have not been here in months and will not be coming back. Seems they hired some awful people. Also inform the team the customer can get their money back if they request ‘their money back’ if the food is made wrong. Teach this team better customer service and how to make wake up wraps to not come out burnt and hard. The food is inedible at that point and the drink is incorrect."
