"I came in 10 minutes before closing time, which i understand is frustrating but i found what i was looking for within 5 minutes, i went to try it on, and needed a larger size. My friend who i was with went to grab the medium, and the woman working stopped us and told us we werent allowed to try on anything else. I explained i just needed a larger size and i was going to purchase the dress as long as it fits right. She was extremely rude saying it was 8:27 and they were closing at 8:30. I specifically told her i simply wanted to buy the dress and we would leave. As soon as i came out of the dressing room, she told us to put our dresses back on the rack. After i had just told her i was going to buy it. I told her again, i was about to buy the dress and she simply looked away and continued to help another customer, whom she seemed PERFECTLY FINE helping btw. So ultimately, i decided to put the dress back and take my business elsewhere, considering the fact she clearly didn’t want our business anyways. I work in a restaurant as a server and i 100% understand the frustration about last minute customers, but the sheer and utter rudeness was honestly mind blowing.. I would never buy a single thing from this store after today. Absolutely horrendous customer service."

"Today my son and I, who were first time shoppers went into this store to purchase and item: however, the Asian lady was extremely rude, racist and attitude was appalling. She told my won she didnt care if he went somewhere else to shop, and brushed me of as a parent inquiring as to why..... TO ALL MY PEOPLE of COLOR please dont shop at SOHO since our monies are not welcomed or valued. I wished I could have given this store a -0 .... its 2022 and we still have to deal with such disrespect and racist behaviors"
