"My wife ordered a shoe on Wednesday to pick up in Duluth, we drove from Hiram ga to Duluth, we arrived around 11:30am Sunday, the lady tried to help us but could not as she was not trained on the online process. We understand it’s the busy season so we waited and waited as the wonderful lady was calling other stores to assist her in this process to no avail. About an hour wait, I politely asked if the online receipt would suffice and the lady she would not allow that again we kept waiting until Her boss walked in ‘mr Jenkins’ he then said she has an online confirmation so give her the shoes. As someone who has managed high volume department stores I knew this was the way to handle online orders but this was such a frustrating experience, but my wife got her shoes that’s all."

"i went to the counter to pay with two shoes, and there was a black woman who was either the owner or an employee. When I tried to pay, I had to enter my phone number to buy shoes, so she asked for the number and I told her I would pay without the number, and she said this is my store and I can't do it without my phone number. I was told something absurd that I couldn't sell my shoes. I don't know if this was real or a lie, but it was a really unpleasant experience and I will never come here again. I just left without buying shoes. If you do business that way, you will get all the customers."

"A tad bit underwhelming for the size of the place. It felt like a flea market of shoes with not a lot of sizes or structure. A lot of knock offs as well. I would get excited to find a shoe only to realize it was not a real brand name but was the same cut. And also same price as if I got the real thing. When I walked in the worker didn't say anything to me or my husband. She did give us eye contact then looked away like we were filthy. I didn't find anything and felt like I wasted my time. I ended up at shoe carnival instead. This place does have a lot of deals on flip flops and random things but it's a hit or miss cause they may not have u're size."

"Walked into an empty store with a worker sitting on the bench sorting out shoes. She didn't speak, ask if I needed help, and just ignored me with her crack hanging out. I understand a lot of places are short staff but it doesn't take you getting up to open your mouth and speak. Rude!"
