"RUDE! Sugarloaf mills doesn't close until 9pm. It is 830pm and he had they're closed. I just had 5 pair of pants and shorts in my hand to purchase but wanted to try on first & he told me no. They had to follow directions to close the store at 8:30pm. I got out of the bed to come here becausw they have pants that fit me well. NEVER AGAIN will I waste my gas."

"I personally did not have a good experience with PCX. I entered the location at sugarloaf mills on Friday evening around 6pm and as soon as I walked in the store there was not one employee in eye sight to greet me or assist me and this was the first time I have ever entered a PCX store so I needed help finding a specific item. I continued to assist myself for about 7 minutes until I saw what looked like an employee come from the back. She still did not greet me or ask if I needed any help. I then walked up to her and asked if I could try on my items and she just pointed in the direction of the fitting rooms and said “go head” and then continued to scroll on her phone. It was an absolutely unprofessional experience and extreme lack of customer service."

"They have very good clothes & great prices. The reason I gave this store 3 stars is because lack of customer service. The girls were just gossiping about the other co worker and never bothered to see if I needed anything. I had to walk in the fitting room without asking because I waited there next to the fitting room while they gossip. I just walked out."
