"I am officially done with Nike. I purchased a pair of Jordan 1s on the Nike website and received a USED pair. I sent them photos and they asked me to purchase another pair and return them. I did and the second pair came and they were used as well! I called this store repeatedly to try to physically come in and exchange and they kept picking up the phone and putting it down without speaking. I heard them talk about going to the restroom and helping other customers. I used the online customer service chat and they offered a $7 discount. I spoke to Tyler in the chat. The box and paper was incorrect as well and he sent an ebay link as a reference to say the box and paper was correct. Just wow! No more Nike in this family!"

"First time visiting this store and it was okay. For a Nike specific store, I expected a much bigger and better selection of merchandise. There were some good things and I found some good deals, but the lack of top of the line merchandise was a big disappointment. The had a big 30 percent deal going on on a lot of stuff in the store and that was good and I got some good stuff with that deal. The condition of the store was not very presentable or seemed to not be continuously straightened out throughout the day, this despite many of the staff just standing around talking and not helping customers. The staff overall was very pleasant and helpful, so all in all not a bad experience and I would definitely go back."
