"I would give my experience a 0 star if this was an option. As a regular Guess customer, I had the worst customer service experience in my entire life in the Guess store at the Sugarloaf mills mall in Atlanta. This is a store I have been visiting since 2012 and I have never had a bad experience there. I have purchased several items there over the years. People in this store have always been courteous and professional. Thus, it is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I’m writing this review to let you know that the store manager I encountered today is nothing short of unprofessional, arrogant, creepy and rude. I have never felt so humiliated, degraded and disrespected before. Around 8:45 PM today( 12/30/2023), I walked into the store and, as usual, I started looking around to see what items I might want to purchase. A few minutes later, she stared at me and asked me if I needed help. I respectfully declined. I subsequently continued walking around and looking at various items. This disrespectful and intrusive petite young lady continued to stare at me and watch my every move. I felt so uncomfortable! A few moments later, she asked me again if I needed any help. I respectfully declined again. This time she harassed me and told me I should be buying something instead of just walking around( this is ridiculous! So now I can’t walk around the store to look at items anymore?) I was in shock. I then walked towards her to look at some clothes behind her and she aggressively said that I am in her personal space and I should step back. At that point, I lost my composure and told her to shut up. She then called security to expel me from the store. I am baffled. I believe she was profiling me somehow, but I can’t fathom why she targeted me. She displays a conduct unbecoming of a Guess store manager. I am afraid she has been making many more customers uncomfortable through her despicable and awfully disrespectful behavior. If she can’t learn good manners and the basics of customer service, she should not be a Guess store manager. She is giving that store and the Guess brand a bad image. I’m left wondering how my son would have been negatively impacted by her behavior if I had come to the store with him. As I think about this, it casts a pall over me because such behaviors can leave children emotionally scarred. By writing this review, I’m trying to prevent a catastrophe. As a healthcare professional I would humbly advise her to seek help if she has any mental issues, as I believe she is deranged. As long as she is a manager, I will not shop at that store or any Guess store again. I am puzzled as to how she got promoted to such an important position, which requires maturity, tact and patience. I will call the Guess headquarters to file a complaint on Tuesday( 1/2/2024). Sincerely, A proud family man, A medical doctor and A loyal Guess customer"
"Worst customer service ever even by the store manager who’s always rude and looks like he hates his job. Just has a bad attitude. Never coming back."
"Shop for Guess products. They have all varieties of Guess products and strore is clean and well maintained."
"I recently just moved to Georgia a year ago, where I lived there was not a store around but you can buy guess clothes from Ross or Gabes where I’m from. I had came here to do some shopping and let me tell you, it is not a welcoming atmosphere. The minute I came in the “assistant manager” was following me around every where I go which made me feel very uncomfortable. My husband and I spent over $500 that day. I had went 9/20/21 for my husband just to buy a quick shirt. He had picked 2 items and asked for a fitting room, I followed him there. I had 2 bags in my hand from a previous store and immediately the same “assistant manager” kept walking around me like I was doing something wrong. I stopped her and asked if she would like to take my bags and keep them up front if that would make her feel more comfortable since she was making me feel awkward, she said no it’s just her job to walk around. I asked her what her name was she gave me an attitude and walked away. WhAt she needs to do more of is organize the store, it looked like a flea market. Needless to say people, you can buy those same exact clothes from a discounted store such as Ross or Gabes."
"On my last two visit, I observed a Asian female, who I believe is the manager follow me around the store. She asked me twice did I need help, and I respectfully declined. She was watching me so hard , that she didn’t even see the white male near me shove a t shirt in his personal book bag. Then he was even bold enough to put on a Guess jacket, then place his jacket over it. But if she monitored everyone, like she did me, then she could have caught the thief."
