"Went to drive thru at 7:20am and lady says they not taking orders because they not set up yet. 20 mins after opening and your still not ready? Owner needs to hire better staff"

"4/1/21: Back again today, knocked it OUT of the park! A squad working today. Keep up the great work.. Always hot and made to order. Friendly staff. 1/13/24: Management needs to take a hard look at how things are going at this location. I am not even going to take the time to explain how disappointing and irritated today's visit was. I will not be back. So just discovered this in my drink, please have the owner contact me!!"

"By far the worst restaurants I’ve been too in 11 years the manager “Sarah” was a snob and just my her actions and attitude I will never go to my local sonic again, horrible. When I asked for her name the gentleman stumbled on her name so I’d be shocked if it was actually Sarah. I will NOT be back and I will be turning her into corporate. I got four sonic blasts I didn’t realize the 4.29 ones were minis and when I got to the window I said I’d like the 4.29 ones I had no problem paying for my extra toppings after asking for the minis they still up charged us the 5.69 and half way filled out ice creams. Horrible service I shouldn’t have to deal with the attitude from this “manager “"

"Amazing amazing amazing! This is the third time I have been by, and I cannot compliment enough the exceptional customer service every time! They are always so helpful and patient. I never know what I want to order, and they never make me feel rushed or bad at all. I really appreciate that about a place. I hope the staff is reflecting good management, because those employees deserve that!!"

"Worst Sonic and drive thru I have been to in a while. Waited about 20-25 minutes and then issues with the food. The "Texas toast" bread was just normal bread, with one of the peices being an end piece of the loaf. Thr bread was also extrememly stale and hard. One of the sandwiches was burnt. The root beer in the root beer float was warm and flat and hardly had ice cream in it. A part of the order was also messed up, with a side missing. We noticed workers were young teenagers who kept coming outside to talk to their friends."
