"Usually my husband and I get the breakfast bowl and it really good. But we decided to go for lunch today and the fries were old and not hot. Also the hamburger was not hot and ordered it without lettuce, mayo but the order was completely wrong. Very disappointed."
"So this morning I watched in disgust as this poor lady was handed her food by the cashier it accidentally fell on the floor, instead of replacing the order, they refused and proceeded to tell her they are independent now so she can't even complain to corporate. "Recently moved and no longer have access to go here but this place for it to be fast food is so much better than McDonalds or BK, etc. I also worked here and had great bosses and staff members to work with! "This zacadoos is the worst one in Valdosta, I eat breakfast often at zacadoos but the customer service here was horrible, got 2 grit bowls and the grits weren’t cooked, the eggs were overcooked and the biscuit was burnt. Horrible experience."
