Burger King

"I stood at the register for a couple minutes hoping to order food. There was one employee in the back. He eventually came to the front but didn't greet/welcome me. A lady emerged from the office wearing regular clothes shoving whatever food she had left into her mouth. Walked straight up to the fountain machine right in front of me made eye contact with me as she filled up a drink for herself sipped it then continued to french fries. No hand washing, no gloves, no greeting or welcome to the waiting customer(s). I ended up leaving there feeling disgusted and completely invisible like I was just a nuisance. Sale or not they still get paid their hourly wage so no loss to them I guess."

"I usually don’t write reviews but the food was absolutely terrible! My husband and I got a whopper and onion rings, my meat and onions tasted rotten. Filing a charge back! Disgusting!"

"The cashier only halfway paid attention when my boyfriend and I ordered ; she was dismissive and rude. The only correct thing in my order was the onion rings which were riddled with thick pieces of black hair. DISGUSTING"

"I wouldn’t even give 1 star if it would still give me the option to leave a written review. This place is horrible. Waited 18 mins for them to FIX a burger they MESSED UP. They told me hey couldn’t issue a refund without me paying again. The service was terrible and the manager walked away from me without a solution. I would love for the owner of the BK to contact me about this matter. They should know how the employees are acting in the back while customers are waiting for food. Not to mention the elder gentleman that waited over 5 mins to order."

"Ordered over $60 of fried food and 2 double cheese burgers. All the fried food was cooked in old nasty grease. The taste of the food was so horrible it left a nasty after taste after the first bite. I wouldn't even feed it to my worst enemy. Called the burger King where it was cooked, even the manager on duty Eugene knew of the grease being bad but still served the food. He claimed it was because of corporate saying to do so. This is so unacceptable. Especially for the price of things. I would give a negative 5 star if I could because we even tried to get help through the app and it was just automated. Someone needs to do something for $60 plus wasted"
