"They never have enough staff working. It takes them forever to get people moving through the line especially when they only have 2 works and they are on the registers but are doing online orders for people. Maybe have 1 person doing the orders and another checking people out so that way people are just standing around for 20-30 mins waiting!"

"Sanjae and Maria (I apologize if I spelled any name wrong in advance) were excellent! The line was really long and I realized I had to get my child from school. Maria kindly suggested that I put my items on hold, but I was hesitant to “jump the line”. Sanjae coincidentally (and also kindly) came to my rescue and took the items for me. I was back in 30 mins and my bag was waiting for me. I appreciate you both!"

"SMDH with my experience with this location and the one at Lenox Mall…this Georgia experience of POOR communication and customer service is deplorable. Workers inability to focus on providing excellent customer service one at a time vs focusing on the line that was not even long. Mad at me because I refused to accept their gift card instead of my money back is insane. I am OFFICIALLY done with this company!"

"I visited this store Saturday afternoon and it was not busy. There were more employees than customers but the employees were not friendly at all. I was walking up and down looking for a gift and one employee standing on the opposite side of me was purposely trying NOT to look at me - I was not greeted when I walked in the store even though I walked past 2 employees standing around chatting. The one friendly person I encountered was who checked me out and she was a newer employee but very sweet. Everyone else needs additional customer service training."
