"The pumps almost never accept credit cards due to problems reading chips. This has been going on for YEARS! Today when I went inside to pay cashier instead of at the pump she continued to ignore me while finishing her long-winded story to customer ahead of me and didn’t even notice when I decided I did not have time to wait and left the store. I’ll drive farther to get gas and won’t be back."

"Very disappointed with my trip to this station about 30 minutes ago. I waited inside for What felt like a few minutes while two young men stood on their phones right in front of me before they even helped me with my purchase of gas. Now, you may ask, why didn’t you say something? Well, I wanted to see how long it would take before these two boys acknowledged me. Surprisingly enough, after I took a picture of them standing there, one of them asked if I needed help. Another young man had previously told me he would be right back as he helped another woman find the chips she needed which took a bit of time. That young man, an African American boy, was doing his job well and helping the customer in front of me while the other two played on their phones in front of the register. As a woman who prides herself in leading a business in Tallahassee with friendly staff who is constantly being bragged on, I find this customer service in need of major improvement. Try greeting people and perhaps putting your phone away. After all, you are getting paid, correct? Again, very disappointed with my neighborhood gas station. Please start treating customers with respect. ...second go around, not acceptable."
