"Very helpful and kind. Needed a vest for work and went right to what i needed. Lots of clothes, will return for some things for my husband. Update: we had a funeral to go to, my husband was working. Told her that I needed a xl with longer arms. That the xl fits good but it's short in length. I got the one she said would fit, then i got another pattern shirt. I asked her if it doesn't fit, could I bring it back. That was the only reason I bought the shirt she said. I got.home and the shirt was a 2xl!!!! My husband and I both could fit inside it!!! Thank GOD I Bought the 2nd shirt bc it was a xl, short in arms but at least it fit. We rolled the sleeves to look quarter length. I go to take the shirt back, and she refuses and says no returns etc and kept on. I told her that she told me I could and reminded her of the conversation. She still refused and I sad to say I lost all my composure and cussed her out and thew the shirt at them and walked out. I will never buy from them again. I'll go to the mall and pay double or triple before dealing with them again."

"Customer service is the worst. They seem to only help certain people. It's very cluttered in the store and disorganized which makes it difficult to find what you need. Clothes are overpriced and of a cheap quality. Very limited selection of clothing for Big and Tall Men. Overall, disappointing customer service."
