"Placed an order online to pick up in store. Received confirmation email but no other communications about pickup. Called customer service to cancel the order after 3 days of hearing nothing and they said I had to call the store. Called this store & they said my order had “already been processed out as if were picked up on accident .” I asked them to go ahead & cancel the order anyway since I clearly had not come to pick it up. They said they would have to see my ID in store to process the cancellation . I asked why no ID was needed to “process it out” to begin with & they said it was a mistake. I asked what happens if I don’t pick up the shoes, thinking they would have to automatically issue the refund, and these people said the shoes would just sit there since their system shows that I had paid & picked them up. They refused to cancel my order & insisted I had to show them my ID to get my money back. Customer service determined that was A LIE!!! Had to call customer service back & get them to call this store just to get my money back. Terrible customer service. Never shopping here again."
