"I keep getting email from the company asking how my recent purchase went, and requesting I post a review. Well, I've never purchased anything from the company and it is very disconcerting to get emails like this - is someone stealing my identity? I called Corporate and I called the store directly. They said that there is nothing they can do to track down why I'm getting the emails ... their system doesn't support that functionality. IMHO this is inexcusable."
