"Very poor customer interaction. No interaction whatsoever. Was handed part of my order. Clerk didn't say part of order wasn't in the bag. If I hadn't checked, I wouldn't have known. So I sat in my car. Still no words. Drive through window opens ago with the rest of my order. No words spoken, no face contact. Ended up throwing it all away as there was a hair in my food and hashbrowns undercooked. At least my drink was ok. So I spent $9.00 on a McDonald's small coke."
"Disappointed in the service. It was not busy that day, however, employees were slow getting me my food. Twice they got my order wrong. They use to have a good staff at this particular McDonald's, not any more."
"Tyvel and Ms. Tanisha were very nice and very courteous. Tyvel smiled the whole time he was helping us. He was a very kind and patient young man while were trying to get the app to work. "My Wife went out to get my kid some food after a crazy day. She asked if I wanted anything from McDonald's. I told her a quarter pounder as they are made fresh. The patty is seared on both sides and raw in the middle. Phone number does not work, so I am reduced to reviewing your business online. You are only good as your weakest link. Well done (not the patty...) night crew."
