"We arrived at 11:55 at night, know on they close at 1:00. Meal took a few extra minutes but they gave us an extra fry for the wait and I greatly appreciate the great customer service. Thank you!"

"No one was at the counter when walking in, only having the kiosk open to place order. After ordering, we waited over 20 minutes. The kiosk I guess doesn’t print receipts, that’s a little strange but ok. It will come out with the food I’m guessing. Nope. It doesn’t. Nor does a food tray when selecting dine in. Or any napkins. Or ketchup. All these things aren’t available anywhere in the dinning area. It’s held behind the counter but you guessed it, no one’s at the counter. When the lady finally comes up to the front she’s very rude. Her body language, her facial expressions. Not someone who should be directly dealing with customers. The front staff is the first impression a customer has when walking into your establishment and the last. After moving to the counter to ask about the delay on my order, she ignored me and I could see her working on our order. She got our fries with no gloves as well as everyone else’s. She brought the order over and still ignored my presence as she walked right past me to the table my kids were sitting at. The food was cold. The lobby wasn’t busy and best to my knowledge neither was the drive through. I didn’t notice a rush or any reasoning to the unprofessional environment. It’s a no brainer why this establishment has 2.5 stars. They shouldn’t even have that much."

"First thing in the morning I waited 17 minutes at the window for someone to take my order. I finally drove to the front window to see what the delay was and the lady opened the window and said ' what do you want'?!. When I explained to her that no one was at the drive thru she said well you're here now what do you want. This location has gone down hill . Management was no where to be found and the cashier refused to give me my receipt ."

"Set in the drive thru for five minutes with no answer. Then the young lady (using this term lightly as I have had to deal with her on a previous occasion ) states "Go ahead" I then give her my order waited an additional two minutes and asked if she got the order...No response I pull forward, and you guessed it waited another ten minutes to get to the window. Only to be told very rudely "I didn't get none yo order". Total time twenty plus minutes and this lovely young lady didn't get "none yo order". I left no food, nor confidence in the future of our country. Perhaps if the young folks would spend more time doing their respective jobs and less kicking it with their peeps service might be better. Please train your staff to a point that their ineptness doesn't cause such issues like teaching them to turn the headset on and utilize it for more than a walkie talkie for them and their peeps, or better yet get rid of the young lady altogether, realizing that you are in fact short staffed I would venture to say that no service is better than that young lady's service. Thank you for your time"

"This location is severally understaffed. There are presently only three crew members in the entire building... including front, drive thru, and kitchen. Every single time I've tried to give them another shot since the location is convenient, the food is hit or miss. Hope you like dripping grease, and hopefully you don't have to fight off the flies inside the restaurant. Staff are really nice which is the only reason there's a star. Chicken sandwich was good once but is pretty dry and not at all like CFA."
