"I'm pretty sure I was overcharged. I ordered a med black coffee. I was handed something that had caramel and whip cream it was $5, and some change, I told her that wasn't mine, then I got my order, but no change back? I asked, and the person at the window had deer in the headlights look and said they cost the same. I was already late and didn't have time for what I'm sure would've been a process. But I won't be back."

"When trying to order and ask for something was told couldn't do it when I have before something as simple as adding extra caramel on bottom of my iced coffee..nobody there and waited 5 min for my coffee while there was 6 people working ..one sipping on her energy drink..hope it works so they can have better more polite or least friendly service. The young man though was only one polite."

"I’ll never come to this location again. The manager closed the window on me because I complained about one of the employees trying to argue with me over the headset. When I was explaining it to her she thought it was funny and was smirking so I asked her if it was funny to her and she closed the window on me. Never in my life have I ever dealt with something like that and I come to this location almost everyday. I’ll never spend my money here ever again"

"I am so grateful for all the other coffee businesses we have to pick from. Disgusting Peppermint Mocha! I asked to please cut back on the espresso (only one shot), I received my receipt and saw they charged me for an extra shot of espresso. I asked and they assured me there was only one shot, this peppermint mocha was all espresso. The food was okay."

"There is a 90% chance this location will mess your order up. Most recently I went through the drive thru and ordered a small caramel iced coffee. After I handed my card off for payment I noticed the screen jumped to a higher amount. I figured it was for the car behind me, it was NOT. I was charged double the amount with no explanation & no change to my order. Once I realized and had looked at my receipt I called the store only to get no response even after leaving a voicemail. I had to dispute the overage with my bank. Even though it is a few dollars THIS IS NOT THE ONLY TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED! Poor customer service. I have since stopped using this location."
