Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen 2915 Watson Boulevard, Warner Robins, GA 31093

"6 of us went to Cheddar's at about 4PM. We were told no one was there to serve anyone at a table area big enough to seat us. They weren't busy. The waitress was to be there at 4:30. Later, they told us 5. At 5:15, the lady wasn't there. Luckily, we'd convinced the host, who was excellent, to sit us. My daughter asked if any other waiter could at least bring us drinks. Then she asked for the manager. We were told by the host that they had to prioritize things, and right now, the manager was in the kitchen juggling problems there. Evidently, the host took it on himself to ask a wonderful waiter to take us, along with his heavy load. We were careful to ask for everything at once to avoid him having multiple trips to our table. The food was good and pretty much as ordered; however, the two hour wait put a damper on the evening, which by the was was my husband's birthday. Normally, we'd have left after thirty minutes, but the host assured us she should be along soon. We really didn't get upset until the manager wouldn't come out until the third request. He was fresh and clean so he couldn't have been cooking. He never brought food out, so he wasn't helping there either. We heard no cussing or commotion, so no employees were fighting. I have no idea why customers aren't top priority. We tipped extra generous because the waiter was superb, kind, and attentive even though he was swamped. We went early to avoid the crowd and the rush. So much for that! Restaurant was packed out by the time we left."

"Today, Friday 1/26/24 Our Server was friendly & personable & attentive but the food was horrible.i should have chosen Ruby Tuesday’s.the spinach dip was unusually spicy and the chips tasted stale and felt cold like they were cooked Monday morning. The croissants were cold as well .im not sure if the kitchen is just having a bad day but they need a pep talk because today ruined me wanting to come back for awhile . The manager was very nice ,She also and came out and apologized. I do know I’ve had waaaaay better than this from cheddars before.our ribs were burnt and the other set lots of fat. Our sever also apologized .she was really very nice"

"Cheddar's typically has tasty food with reasonable prices. We had a couple of issues this time around though....the peach iced tea was very sweet and syrupy, my daughter's sprite tasted like mildew, the carrots were tasty but chewy, the Cole slaw was bland, and the broccoli Cheddar casserole had an unusual crumb coating. The server was pleasant and accommodating. Most of my party liked their meals, but based on my experience, I probably won't return."

"So I ordered, as I have for years, the bourbon steak. It came to the table, and the steak was not bourbon steak, didn't bring the sauce, I had to ask for it, and the steak was smaller than the side dish. Took a bite, dry and tasteless. My friend ordered the lemon pepper chicken and it was so dry she didn't eat either. My broccoli and cheese casserole, dry. Asked for the loaded baked potato they didn't even bring. When I asked where my other side was ..."well we are out of potatoes." I said well can I have anything, kinda paying for two sides here. "We can bring mashed potatoes " Ok cool. So I had those potatoes for dinner. Worst experience Ive ever had there! Not a happy camper."
