"While hungry and willing to try this well known restaurant we ordered a buffalo chicken on a baguette and a deli chicken on sourdough. The level of disappointment was epic the chicken buffalo was so weak Invision a sprinkle of chicken meat all the way down the baguette. I decided to just eat the meat because the bread was so pronounced. Lesson learned. Advice go to Publics and have a deli sandwich and be happy for less. Not a paid endorsement. Although all restaurants it seems are changing more for less as their new business model it's ultimately up to the consumer who will succeed."

"Tried to eat at your place on 02/14/24 at 11:45am. NUMEROUS staff walked past me, never greeted me, and never took my order. I walked out and went somewhere else to eat. Looks like they were too busy focusing on drive through. Y’all need to pay attention to the customers inside as well. Poor customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would."

"My first time at this location though I've been in the area for a while. Jaylen provided excellent service, the gentleman going around cleaning the tables was like magic, and the coffee and bagel were fantastic. I will be back. The atmosphere is busy but very pleasant"

"Good morning and it's time for my second office of the day. Second coffee as well, though the coffee bar this morning ran out of hazelnut coffee and the half and half was out. I pointed this out to the young man working the counter and both were refilled immediately. The dining room was clean with no tables having dirty dishes. I spotted a table in the corner with power and spent an hour there, sipping on coffee and running through a quick phone call. Emails sent, Yelp review written, back on the way to the next stop."

"Let's start with I love Panera Bread. The broccoli cheddar soup is a family favorite. They have a large variety of sweets. The salads are great. The kid's menu is short but fitting for picky eaters. Tons of tables in many sizes for all guest groups. Lastly plenty of drinks for all tastes. I went in on a Wednesday(22nd), and it was a little busy for lunch. The food was hot and satisfying. I had wild rice and chicken soup for the first time and I will absolutely get it again. The attitudes of two particular employees were horrible. As the cashier, you are the first person we interact with. Tired of dealing with guests was what was perceived by my small group of three. Later one gentleman had smart comments to make about me not grabbing my food as soon as it came up. Not knowing I was right behind him. All I ask is please understand that four-year-olds can't go to the restroom by themselves. Luckily at four, you don't understand all the things that adults say nor care to pay attention. However, at eleven, you do. I left with a very unpleasant taste in my spirit about this location and the staff they have working there. Kindness goes a long way. Hopefully, management will talk with the team so things like this won't have to happen again."
