Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I was in town for 2 days and have never experienced such un-Chipotle like service. First day I went they had no white rice so I left. Luckily the line was short enough that I didn’t have to wait to find that out. The second day I go back to give them a try, I get half way down the line to find out they have no corn, I decided to do without. Then I get to register and pay, I ask for a receipt, the cashier just says the receipt printer is down. Are you guys ever at 100% here?"

"This Chipotle is a poor representation of the chain. Every time I visit this Chipotle it appears dirty, staff unhappy, food appearing not fresh, and some items even not available. Purchased a veggie bowl and there were no peppers nor white rice available. Brown rice was available but undercooked. The barbacoa appeared to be dried out. Paid $10 for a very watery veggie bowl with hard brown rice. Not worth my time nor money anymore. Also, If you pay with cash, they say they don’t have change so you don’t receive the correct amount of change back. Terrible!"

"For the 1st time in a long time I can say the service was great so I had to write a review. the young man James was doing is thing!!!! Great customer service he Communicated when he was going to process and online order, smiling and was pleasant as he moved with efficiency. the line when smooth no long wait in the middle of lunch rush. Big improvement, not sure if its New staff or manager but It's a different from a few months ago."

"The food is always fresh and delicious. On this particular visit, the young man who started us off was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable and had great communication with the staff behind him on all the things we needed for the fresh food. I always get a salad, with the lettuce and cheese separate from all the hot ingredients, and it's never a disappointment. The only issue I had was when looking over the receipt, they charged me for steak and the other meal. I called but there was no answer. I get it that they were busy. However, when asked what was ordered, and I said a salad, no protein, I didn't expect to still be charged for one of the most expensive proteins."
