"The store was emaculate walking in on first appearances. I was promptly greeted with a smile and Lauren meeting me half way into the store. It was nice to be immediately acknowledged. I was shopping specifically for a new bra and let her know what I was looking for and a little about my health struggles so she'd know being disabled its hard dressing myself at times. She instantly showed me 3 different bra options that would be easy to get on and off while being disabled. She even showed me front clasp wireless bra which was so nice to see. When Lauren had to step away Alicia further aided my experience. Both women were so kind, attentive, knowledgeable and they made my overall shopping trip easy! I left with exactly what I wanted! Thank you ladies!"

"I was just in the Buford store and not only was I not greeted, but when I was looking at bras there was an employee working on a little table IN the bra section and she never once spoke to me or asked if she could help me. The cashier only had one customer, so not busy. I sadly left without anything and no one uttering a word to me. Perhaps a different store will offer customer service."

"The first employee I spoke with was rude. I walked in with an online order that didn’t fit. I informed her of this and told her I’d like help finding something that does. She said okay let’s get you measured first. She gave me a size (which was far off the one I ordered) and asked me what size I got. When I told her the size, she looked at me with wide eyes and said oh you are NOT that size. I felt that comment was really insensitive. Finding a bra that fits is a frustrating process. She made me feel stupid for the way I measured myself and had confidence that I did it correctly. She turned around, gave me a bra a cup size bigger out of pity, and it was way too small. She left me in the fitting room alone, so I found a different employee to help. The second employee, Ashley, was kind and patient with me as I tried on a lot of different bras. We found one that fit, and I wanted to get out of the store as fast as possible. I ended up with the wrong one, and I am dreading going back to exchange it. I wish the first employee I interacted with was more sensitive to the fact that I was nervous to be in the store for the first time and frustrated that I couldn't find the right fit online. She didn't even smile. I hope she's okay, but I thought her behavior was incredibly insensitive and unprofessional."
