"I guess R21's target demographic has become tween girls, and 20'something hipster guys; 2/3 of the store was girl's/women's(?) clothes, and the 1/3 that was boy's/men's, as far as pants went, were either sweats, or skinny/skinny taper jeans. The only thing that saved this from a 1-2 star review was the staff. They were very attentive, and very eager to help me try to find something that would work for me."

"I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Rue21, its the second time I've shopped at this one in Snellville, Ga and each time the service was exceptional. "1st time shopping there they had some great items to purchase only issue is you couldn't tell who worked there I went up to 2 young ladies & had to apologize because I thought they worked there & instead of having 2 people on register they had 1 register opened with 3 people working behind it 1 collected clothes while you were online passed it to another to just remove the tags & then your items git rung up in my opinion things could have went faster if they at least opened another register but overall I would shop there again great items & the staff behind the register was friendly"

"The staff is not very knowledgeable about their own store or policies. And the sales signs around the store do not match up with what rings up at the register. I had several issues when I was at the register and so did the other patron at the other register. With 4 employees, no one could figure out how to ring up the items and promotions correctly. It took 20 minutes to even get through the checkout process and I know I was charged incorrectly. But I couldn't leave the items because it was for a gift, and I was in a hurry. I won't be returning to this location"

"Stood in line with only 3 people ahead of me, and it took 20 minutes or more (they only had a few items each). This location seems to have a policy for spraying tons of cologne and perfume, because by the 15 minute mark I was getting dizzy and nauseous from all the smells. I know they are trying to sell their fragrances, but it's 10 minutes after leaving and my nose is still burning and I'm still dizzy and nauseous. I finally made it to the cash register only to find out they changed their story about my exchange for a larger size. Now they will only give me a small amount since I didn't have a receipt (it was a Christmas gift!) and so I waited in line all that time for nothing. I normally love rue 21,but this was probably my worst experience yet. The customers were more friendly than the staff."
