"We ordered 2 iced coffees. We had to repeat the order about 3 times. The person taking the order seemed unfamiliar with the drinks available and how to put them together. We have frequented this particular place several times. It probably won't stop us from coming back."

"Wow!! Wife ordered a latte with extra shot and I got an iced coffee. Asked for 3 donut holes. Bill was 13.97. We have her 20.97 and the girl was confused for 7 minutes because she couldn’t figure out how much change was due. I told her 3 times it was 7.00. She finally got her manager to come over and for another 3 minutes, they finally figured out. They gave my wife and iced latte when she ordered hot. No way in hell would we have said anything. We wanted out of there ASAP. Oh yeah, the wrong donut holes too."

"It’s 7:56pm. They don’t close until 9pm, and they have closed the interior because they wanted to “clean their stations” early. When we protested - wanting to come in and give them business, mind you- the young man insisted that drive thru was all that was open because “their manager allows them to lock up early. I seriously doubt that, but sad to say- for a couple who rarely get a date night away from the kids- they not only lost our business tonight, but probably for quite some time."

"The strangest thing happened this morning I went through the drive through it was super busy I ordered a large hot coffee and to please add cold foam. They literally refused to make the drink. I explained i don’t mind paying extra it’s just what I like. Literally refused to make the drink!!! I left with nothing. I didn’t have a lot of time to go somewhere else before work. Happy Friday right ……."
